Unique experience to stay in an original Goan house, with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Location of Nerul, makes it relatively easy to go to all parts of North Goa, Flavia can arrange the hire of a scooter (and a Bullet 350 if desired), which really enhances the holiday experience through mobility. The En-suite rooms are at the back of the house, and you are allocated keys to open the gates. The rooms are spacious and clean with the added bonus of Wi-Fi. Overhaul a fantastic stay, an honour to stay with the warm and friendly Fernandes family.

Had a brilliant stay. I have stayed at many hotels in Goa but this was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean towels and bedsheets. Close to the beach🏖️. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful property. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

The location is perfect—just 5 minutes from Panjim Market and the City Church, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were spotless, with fresh bedding and comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful stay. We were so welcomed by Clifton and Jeanette and very happy at this 8 room guest house owned by a very warm family who have lovely staff, especially our waitress at breakfast Kaviri. Rooms are not very big but very comfortable with a firm bed. Exceptionally clean. We only used the ceiling fan but a/c available too. The roof top is a tropical garden and creates such an ambience of peace. Breakfast is served there a La carte with choices of freshly baked bread and home made jam, eggs, fresh fruit etc. This place is just 30 mins from Dabolim airport to Panjim in the middle of what is called the Latin area. It is good to go to prepaid taxi at airport arrivals. Rps1100 Jan 25. Very Close to lots of eating places but we especially enjoyed Casanoni trattoria 5 mins away and Family restaurant around the corner. 10min walk to bus station to get a Bus to Old Goa 30 mins ride away and enjoy the beautiful churches/ cathedral and museum there.
