Lovely place. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed. It looked smaller on the picture. It was so much bigger! Plenty of room, tea and coffee facility in the room, lovely bath. Close to the two churches and the city centre. The staff was so nice and hospitable. Our flight was delayed and they waited up for us. The breakfast was the best I have ever gotten in any hotel. We are definately coming back.

Anne was so warm and helpful. The room was lovely, recently updated by the looks of it. The central location makes the waterfront area walkable, but do pack good footwear! Many pubs shops, restaurants and cafes to chose from.

Amazing location. The service was next level. The staff were so attentive and helpful whether it was booking dinner reservations or suggestions of things to see/do or which bus to take to get to our next destination. It was by far the nicest, most luxury place we stayed in Ireland and it was such a treat! From the beautifully appointed guest rooms to the gorgeous sitting rooms and the lovely bar area where we had such a nice cuppa with some cake after a long day of walking and exploring. It is all done so beautifully. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. It had the nicest options and were the best breakfasts we ate in Ireland by a mile. Not sure what their parking is like if you have a car as we came on the bus but it's essentially across the street from the bus stop and very close to the adorable downtown and a nice walk to the Fort.

Breakfast was good and the location was great including the nice view of the harbour. Staff were very friendly although a little too chatty on arrival when we were tired and keen to get up to our room. Comfy bed and nice bathroom.
