Great location, 3 min to the beach. Warm and friendly host. Will give you a lot of recommendations where to eat and what to do. I recommend the boat tour, way definitely worth the money. Clean and comfortable apartments!

The kindness of our hosts Anna and Artemis is beyond compare. The hotel is charming, clean with a lovely view of the beach and a nice swimming pool. When our taxi to the airport at 4am didn't arrive, Artemis took us to the airport himself, which I don't think a lot of people would do. We really appreciated this :)

Moschatos Beach House is truly a 10/10 destination for a relaxing getaway. Located just steps away from the beach, with a private path leading to the serene Kamari Beach, it's the perfect spot to catch breathtaking sunrises. The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious and fully equipped for an extended stay. We didn’t lack anything—from a coffee machine with capsules to a stocked fridge, iron, ironing board, and more. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adriana's hospitality was exceptional and went beyond our expectations. She provided beach towels, helped arrange transportation to Fira and the airport, and was always available to assist with any requests. Her recommendations for local restaurants and tavernas were spot on. We highly recommend Moschatos Beach House for both short and long stays. You won’t be disappointed

The room was superior. Modern, quiet and very effective AC. Breakfast served directly to the room. We loved the shower corner (which was extremly big and romantic for a couple). Big, comfortable matraces. Quiet refrigerator. Quiet location. The area of hotel as well as the street was clean. Large and clean pool, free towels at reception. We had rented a car, so the location of the hotel was not a problem for us. Otherwise, by walk it is 5 minutes to the center of Mesaria and 35 minutes to the airport (tested ;)) In other reviews we read, that over the road is vet clinic. This is true, but during day you can hear a few barking dogs as in regular village and during night it was totally quiet place.

Perfection. Absolute perfection. Made my visit to Santorini and Greece in general a thousand times better. Our stay at Aerino Villas was outstanding and exceeded our expectations- we truly loved everything about this property! Location was perfect and offered great views of the caldera, no need to go anywhere to enjoy the awesome sunsets. Room itself was spotless, well designed with a window overlooking the caldera. Common space included a hot tub, great places to sit and enjoy awesome views of the caldera and as noted the the famous Santorini sunsets. The property is great however what really made our stay special was the owner/property manager Flora- she is simply amazing and offered family like hospitality throughout our stay including showing up well before sunrise to ensure we had something to eat prior to our early flight the morning we left...what more can you ask for!? The other mornings of our stay started with a perfect breakfast and advice from Flora on the activities of the day. The fridge was also restocked every day with drinks and snacks. Flora and her husband also own the Greek/Mediterranean fast food restaurant right across from the villas, great food and awesome staff there too! We honestly felt like family throughout our time at Aerino and hope we can return sometime in the future- thank you for making our stay so special!

Everything actually,place is 2 minutes walking distance from black beach,room was super clean,owner was the most polite guy ever,he checked on us everyday,gave us instructions where to go what to do and every time we went at some of this locations,we had best time.Next to our place there was 24/7 bakery where we had really good breakfast and 2 minutes from us was also supermarket.We recommend everybody to come and experience this,Angelo is great host and you will have best time.Also,great value for price💕
