We booked two rooms at Rooftop Kazbegi on June 26 and it was a fantastic experience! Stepping out of the balcony, you can see the snow mountain peaks in full, stunning and unobstructed view (see photos). It was truly an awe-inspiring moment when we entered the rooms. The property is not in the town center but rather higher up on the slope facing Mount Kazbek - this provides a much better view of the mountain. It is very close to Rooms where we had a great dinner. This property is also very quiet at night because it is far away from the major road running through town. I would say the location is perfect for staying in Kazbegi. The rooms themselves are good too - they are clean and have all the facilities you can expect. Overnight temperature dropped to 0 degrees Celsius during our stay and the heater was turned on - making the room quite comfortable. And finally, the staff are truly superb and they made our stay in Kazbegi even more memorable!! We stored our luggage at the hotel and then went on to hike to Gergeti Trinity Church. After the hike, we had to catch the 5pm minibus back to Tbilisi but we were running late. We asked the hotel if they could deliver our luggage for a fee. They were so nice that they delivered our luggage for free, and insisted on not accepting our payment. This hotel truly made our spectacular stay in Kazbegi even more spectacular!

The location is great with very nice views of the mountains. The rooms are very nice, well decorated and well heated (the night was cold but it was very warm in the room). The breakfast was super good, too much food and very good quality. The best part were the owners Tamuna and Lado who were super nice and welcoming! They welcomed us with handmade cakes and wine and we had a great time talking with them. You feel at home with them!! Hope to come back to Georgia and be back to Garemta one day!! :)

Wonderful Stay in Kazbegi! We had a great short stay at this lovely place in Kazbegi. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and very comfortable – the beds especially! There’s a shared kitchen available if you wish to cook, which is a nice touch for travelers. Secured parking is also available inside the premises. A special mention to the host, Mr. Nikolas – he’s an absolute gem and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for clean, cozy rooms with all the essential amenities.

The host was so warm and friendly. Me and my husband got the terrace room and it was beautiful. Host also prepared hot homemade breakfast for us.. delicious khinkalis and Kachapuris. We will definitely come agin with family. Its a perfect place if you are big group and want to enjoy the peace and privacy. To top it up you get cappuccino which is not very common in Georgia. Also it has 180 degree views of the mountains.

It was amazing everything. Especially the owner is super kind and warm. Beautiful view. Inside of the house tiny and clean. It was completely comfortable. Close to the facilities, there is a lot of nature you can see river, church and cows. I would love to comeback in the future.

A true 10/10! Very nice room and kitchen and a patio with a very nice view. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the husband also provides taxi-service at a special (and really good) price for guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property! The location is very central, and it is just a short walk to the bus stop, restaurants and supermarkets.

I had a wonderful stay at Bibo's Kokhi guesthouse! The room was spacious and cozy, with a lovely ambiance.     Tamari was a great host, she is a very nice person and a great cook! She prepared gorgeous breakfast and dinner for us and took care of our two little children. :-) She speaks enough English to get along, her daughter who is often around speaks very well English and is happy to help if needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot with the great view to Kazbegi!

    Thea, the lovely host, invited us to join a family dinner, where three generations were present. Their was singing, dancing. The rooms were simple but great value for what we paid. Seating area outside.

    We had the most relaxing stay in Green Yard Kazbegi. The home stay is conveniently located at the base of the trekking to Elias church and very close to the start of the trekking to Gergeti Trinity church. The room was equipped with a small fireplace which is such a nice touch for a breezy evening. Extra thanks to the host family who are the sweetest people ever. We will come back and stay longer!
