    No breakfast, accommodation only. Nebiye was a good host. Tea & coffee facilities available in the Kitchen. Place was nice and warm. Bathroom/Shower available with plenty of towels.

    James is a lovely Host, he tried to go above and beyond to help with our complaints and did all he could to try and correct- sadly there was too many. Location is fabulous (beach is about a 5min drive and a 15 min walk over the dual carriageway)
