Helpful staff, location, breakfast, cleaning, free water, tea and coffee. One of hotel’s staff Sabri is the best, he helped us when we arrived the hotel. Number 2 is Muhammed, he helped us when we check out. Keep our luggage safely about 6 hours. Sarah is in the 3rd place because we spend so little time. But she is so energetic and cutie. Very friendly staff, treat us as family, making our 7-night stay very comfortable! The owner Mustafa is very kind. Although he speaks little English, Hany and Hussein both speak excellent English. They are very helpful to accommodate our dining and room needs and kindly consult us about trips around Cairo. The breakfast and dinner are very nice, and the staff adapted to our needs for occasional early breakfast at 6 am. The pyramid view is gorgeous, location is perfectly accessible for hotel pickups for several tours and Uber. By the time of our travel (Dec 2024), the hotel is preparing to expand from 20 to ~50 rooms. Wish them a lot of success!

We had the best stay in Giza in this place! The family who hosted us was so welcoming, helpful, kind and lovely. They were willing to help with anything, and gave the friendliest service ever. Such wonderful people! The location too was perfect. Very close to the pyramids and everything you need. The view on the rooftop was amazing and you could see the pyramids perfectly. All the people in the neighbourhood was so kind as well. The breakfast too was nice. Very nice stay and a very nice price. Special thank to the mother and the kid, you are momtez!

Friendly staff, very kind and warm service. Good location, from hotel to pyramid ticket office is about 10mins by walk. The room is newly renovated and it's very clean. The room is big with all necessaries for your short or long term stay. The roof is a very good location for viewing the pyramid, especially the sunset. Special thanks for Miss Hana, she is a very nice and kind lady. Finally the breakfast is also very good. It's far beyond our expectations and it's absolutely valuable for what you pay. I highly recommend it to those who plan to visit the pyramid and grand museum.

Excellent hotel with a genuine view of the pyramids. The staff are very kind and welcoming, greeting us with drinks and smiles. They were always available to help, assisting with taxis and other challenges. The breakfast deserves special mention - the omelet so testy and falafel delicious

    Great host-family with excellent service. The accommodation was very near to the Pyramids and super-clean, view was amazing. Breakfast was enough and excellent quality. It was Mr Mahmoud and his family, who were kind, friendly and customer-focused, made my stay special. I felt valued and been treated like a family member. This amazing accommodation and host family deserve a tourism award for their hard work and best service.
