Everything was amazing. We were a bigger group and had the two rooms with a big common terrace and the apartment. One of the rooms had two bathrooms (one was huge) which was a great asset for us as a familly with many kids. The view from the terrace was very nice. The apartment was very big too, with nice and well equiped kitchen (just one bathroom). All the rest of the house can be enjoyed: a good kitchen, a cozy living-room, considered as common spaces. Close to the city center… good breakfast… comfortable beds…and the host very nice and welcoming.

Hotel is impeccably clean, even the windows are spotless. Great shower, stunning views of the lake. The owners were very helpful and kind. Parking in front of the hotel made it very easy. Great breakfast. Loved our stay here.

The location is simply perfect. Being in the center of Locarno, Palazzo Canetti allows easy access to the city's main attractions. The check-in and check-out process is extremely easy and convenient thanks to the self check-in system. For those arriving by car, there is a private parking area available for a fee, which can be reserved in advance. When it comes to dining, the area offers a wide selection of restaurants and cafes, perfect for all tastes and for a delicious breakfast. We can't wait to return to Palazzo Canetti Locarno soon!

The accommodation was very easy to get to by public transport. We mostly used the train, but there are also bus lines 5 minutes away from the house. The room was perfect for a few days stay with a comfortable bed. The small fridge and strong fan were very useful. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house is in a quiet area, no traffic noise.

We really enjoyed our stay in Locarno. The host was very helpful and very kind. The room had everything we needed - nice and comfortable bed with very smooth bed sheets, little terrace and even an AC for the hot summer evenings. Furthermore the high-tech shower was a cool feature 👍 only the distance from the city centre and the the train station is a little disadvantage, but there are many buses going regularly in all directions from a stop close by.
