Great hosts, great size room and really nice location which is not far away from the longest ski lift in the Balkans.

It is not first time we are visiting Victoria’s house. The stay was fabulous as always!

The garden is beautiful. My room was very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. It is perfect for people with spinal problems. The food in restaurant was delicious. I was sad to leave this place!

Location was excellent - right opposite the bus station, although across the road and down a bit, so no noise nuisance.

Great hospitality from the property owner. We had a great breakfast for 2 that was more than enough for our family of 4.

Fabulous small boutique hotel at a quiet & calm spot near centre, next to a well done restaurant with very tasty food and well kept gardern along with great service Very elegant quality furniture & facilities and great comfy bed mattresses, 4 different pillows ( i had a very sensitive neck and the personel quickly found me a solution!) absolutely amazing hotel service - receptionists, breakfast gal, etc - they all were providing engaging & delicate service with eloquent communication and 5 star Swiss hotel style of professionalism ( which is a rare occasion in Bulgaria! ...yet) Trully great tasty gourmet breakfast - boutique selected breakfast bites ( incl fresh orange juice!), no hustle to clean up at precisely 10 o'clock coffee like in other hotels, one thing - coffee was okish ( yet way better than the typical breakfast options) few parking spots and i felt safe & ok with leaving the car in front of the hotel apartment, studio, double rooms ( some with small terrase) available - all with showers and great toiletries. The watter pressure at the 3rd floor at the full hotel in the evening was a bit tricky, the towels are the standard 70x140 hotel size ( so not exactly big) My room was fabulous- has an electric window opening system that closed by itself when the sensor got the notification that it has started to rain!! ( I was very impressed) USB docks also near the bed, great lights set up- both bright and subtle options. They even had a shoe spoon - which is a rare thing at such great hotels at that amazing price. Small details make the difference. Modern TV - i didnt strugle with the remote control here. There is a Spa , yet I have not used the services. The rooms seem to be very well soundproofed - i am a light sleeper and didnt hear anything from anywhere.

Clean and quiet rooms, central location, nice hosts. We've stayed here for the second time and will be glad to come again :)

Simple rooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, lovely and helpful owners, I can recommend everyone to stay here.
