the breakfast on a terrace was marvelous, the garden also was exceptional with the songs of the birds rhyming the morning. Coming back from the center was very easy and running around the property to buy food and drink was delicious.

It's a place where you feel that the owner cares about you and making your experience the best it can be. Place near the city center, tidy and clean room, shared bathroom with another room, bathroom is clean, there are everything, what you need - shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer. Also there is a shared kitchen on the first floor, where you can make tea and treat delicacies. Thanks for a lovely stay and we hope to come back again as our experience at this place was great :)

Place is very homey vibe. Super clean. We were first timer and with all average accomodations we booked i recom that this is affordable and comfortable. Owner has been good with request and let us leave our things to be able to go around before we leave brussels.

    Edmund was such a great host, very keen to make sure we had everything we needed, made space in the garage for our bikes, made us waffles on arrival & had croissants for breakfast each morning , even though we hadn't booked breakfast. Lots of advice on places to eat, things to see too
