We spent 3 nights at Villa Adrian in Ksamil in September 2025, traveling as a family with our 7-year-old children. We were absolutely delighted with the service provided. The accommodation was very clean, with a housekeeper coming every day to tidy up the apartment and bring fresh towels, which we really appreciated. We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and served in the rooftop restaurant with a lovely view. The whole property is very well maintained, modern, and family-run, and every member of the family was kind and welcoming. The location, in my opinion, is perfect: about a 5–7 minute walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Ksamil, and only 2 minutes to the town center with cafés, restaurants, and a lively nightlife. Since it’s right in the center, it can be a bit noisy, but once the windows are closed, the sound doesn’t disturb. Around 1 a.m. everything quiets down, as the fun moves to the beach clubs, so the noise was never really a problem for us. Since we usually travel on a budget, we were very happy with the value for money. The accommodation was quite affordable, yet the service exceeded our expectations. We would gladly recommend Villa Adrian to other travelers.

I was feeling very ill for some food poisoning and needed rest. Unfortunately we had just been rejected by the place we had booked in advance in Ksamil for some problems with the room and the owner of that place did not bother to help us find another accomodation (nor told us in advance of the problem). We found Vila Ori on booking and booked a room on the spot and in 5 minutes we were there as I was not able to be out and about anymore. They had the room ready and clean,were incredibly welcoming and helpful in all respects. The room/studio apartment was very nicely set up. All new,very nice kitchen with all that is needed to cook (not a necessity for me that day). Beautiful balcony,perfect comfy beds, new,clean bathroom with very good shower. Fresh complimentary mineral water in the fridge. It was perfect in everyway. Parking spot right in front of the place (inside a gate), convenient for all Ksamil. I was lucky in my bad luck!
