This was our second stay already. The location is outstandingly good. Very central but just far enough off all the midtown craze. Close to central park and upper east side. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great, coffee and water in your room everyday. Value for money is perfect for us given the quality and central location.

The property was beautiful and the room was spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with any questions as a guest would from out of town would have regarding recommendations for dining and entertainment. It was truly amazing and we loved every minute of our trip!!!!

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable as you are a 10 minute walk to Central Park and a 15 minute walk to Times Square and Grand Central. The staff from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the security guards were extremely kind and helpful and helped us with anything we needed. The room had an amazing view and was very big. If you are questioning whether to stay in this hotel or not, don't even think about it and book here. I've stayed in other hotels in Midtown Manhattan and this was by far the best.

Just amazing! I do not know why people keep complaining about the elevators or that the room cleaning is not everyday. The elevators were quick, no need to wait for the elevator for a long time. The room was perfect, everything worked just fine (even the TV channels that people kept complaining about). The view from the hotel room was amazing and the location was perfect, everything was close to the hotel and the most important subway stations were also close to the hotel. Also the staff were very polite. I honestly would recommend this hotel to everyone. Totally worth the money.

All the good things you’d expect from a Hilton - staff welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable (and excellent view of the New York skyline - extra for that though). Breakfast buffet or a la carte so that was good too, as were the choices.
