Our room was so nice! It had a kitchen and a couch. It was so clean, and the staff was very nice. We didn't realize that it is now a Hilton brand. They mentioned that they don’t have a support for booking.com requests in their system and didn’t see any requests I made in advance. I also didn’t get any call or message from the hotel.
