The staff went and above and beyond. Natasha was super helpful. I’d stay here again.

I liked everything about Nature on the Hill from the staff who are so professional and welcoming, to the location of the place it feels so calm and good to relax. The studio apartment is so nice big and just more than what l expected. The wifi was very stable, they also offered breakfast items and some fruits.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Eastern Road Executive Suites in Harare. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Linda, who was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. She made us feel right at home. The lady who cleaned our rooms was equally kind and thoughtful — she even offered us some warm tea in the morning and went out of her way to help us with our bags. The hospitality we received throughout our stay was exceptional and genuinely heartwarming. The environment was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, a perfect place to relax and feel at ease. We’re so grateful for the amazing service and will definitely return whenever we’re in Harare again. Highly recommended!

We had a tournament and Pomona Guest was closest to the tournament facility. The staff made you feel that you were home away from home. Welcoming and super friendly, I would recommend wholeheartedly.
