Absolutely great location in the city centre. When I arrived late at night the room as ready with AC on (you know what that means on a hot humid day).

Good location, easy access, central but quiet enough that the big city noise won’t disturb you. Friendly staff, exceptional service. Nice room, really no weakness. Projector with Netflix, YouTube was the cherry on the cake.

At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. The best polite owner, help us with everything. Atmosphere like at home. I highly recommend this honestly and the best location.

A recently renovated guest house in Ho Chi Minh City and within 600 metres of Tan Dinh Market, SAIGONESE Studio features a terrace, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. It is located 2.1 km from Diamond Plaza and provides luggage storage space. The guest house has family rooms. Facilities were excellent and matched the pictures - nice spacious room for a very cheap price. Nicest place we stayed in HCMC as well as the cheapest! Communication with the owner was quick and easy and this has to be one of the best food areas in the city. Will 10/10 stay here again!

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Good location, far from the nosiy street if you wanna experience a more peaceful part of Ho Chi Minh it is a great choice. The staff is friendly. They didn't rent us a motorcycle because we didn't have a license. However this is completely normal, just something to be aware of. You can rent in other place.

A car rental service is available at the guest house. The room was very spacious, it had a kitchen and washing equipment, I also loved the service

Nice, cozy homestay in a quiet area. The room is good, but no window. There's everything you need. The bathroom is shared. The owners are nice old people. I would recommend this place.

The hotel is clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, and Thu is incredibly kind and friendly. She even kept our luggage after checkout and offered us a shower when we returned to pick it up. Excellent cost-benefit ratio.
