Together, they speak English, French, and Vietnamese (possibly more!), making communication effortless and warm. The accommodation is ideally situated within walking distance of everything you need, including the scenic promenade—a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll. During our two-night stay, we had the pleasure of joining two unforgettable tours organised and personally led by Justin and his wife. These experiences were authentic, immersive, and truly unique. The Mekong boat tour was far more enriching than we expected, offering a deep dive into the vibrant life along the river. The full-day countryside motorcycle/scooter tour was equally exceptional, allowing us to meet locals and witness firsthand the traditional craftsmanship behind various Vietnamese products. Both tours were highlights of our trip and come highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine, off-the-beaten-track experiences. Justin and his wife go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home while discovering the best of Can Tho. We would happily stay here again—don’t miss out on this gem!

The room is very big, very clean and has a small table and a bench where you can enjoy a coffee or tea. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. They arranged for us bus tickets tout HCMS and as we had to take the shuttle bus at the main road they transported our backbags with their scooters to the main road. We also booked a tour to the floating markets with them. There very only 3 real native boats and about 10 tourist boats because since Corona the floating markets nearly disappeared. But this is not the fault of the hotel.

Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

The owners of the property were amazing at making us feel welcome and were extremely helpful when arranging tours in the Mekong Delta. Would highly recommend!

This house has more than everything you need. It’s quite central but still on the back side in a silent alley, away from all the possible noise. Everything is clean and brand new in the room you have a fan and AC, also a back door opening to river side right at your feet. The owner lady is amazingly helpful and always there for you. She sent me 2 different documents including all the activities I could do in the city and all the good food with photos and explanations together where to find them. Also helped me rent a bike, get bus tickets, book floating market tour, my pick up and drop off. Everything was so smooth thanks to her! If you are someone looking for own space in a family like area with space in front garden and nice neighbours, this is your stay. Couldn’t be better!

Amazing place to stay, perfect location to reach anything you need, motorbike rental available for 150k/day. Clean, nice, kalm. Amazing owner, speaks really well english and she is really helpful with any trip or transport you need to arrage. Definitelly good option to stay in Can Tho
