The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. From check in to check out, everything was done professionally but in a very friendly way. The owner was very kind to take the time to explain in detail where to go, what to see on a map, which was very useful. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. If I visit Chiang Rai again, I know where to stay!

Free WiFi is accessible throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The property is located at peaceful location. The staffs are really nice people. The place is very safe, and it has beautiful garden. The weather was pleasant. We had chance to interact with Kay about laughter Yoga and connected well after knowing that she is learning about Thirumoolar Thirumanthiram (Tamil Poet). Definitely recommended to visit the property. The weekend and night market are walkable. If you have leisure day, you can read books.

All units will provide guests with a fridge. Joy, the owner, was always willing to help. From the moment I arrived she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. My room was being cleaned as I arrived (I did arrive early) and it smelt so nice and clean as well. The bed I found very comfy. Also, the shower was nice and hot and good pressure. I found everything about the hotel to be a great experience and I will definitely stay again if I am back that way. She even has 2 brand new motorcycles to rent which I took advantage of for a day.

Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided. Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available. Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the guest house. The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.

It’s a cozy, quiet home built by the village, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view overlooking the Mekong River. We had a lovely night there—wish we could have stayed longer! Warin was incredibly kind and helped us arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, which made us feel so warm and welcomed. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was great, bread, omelette, fruits and coffee. The staff was very warm, welcoming and always helped me. They let me even warm my takeaway pizza in their microwave. The rooms are spotless, new and clean. Would come back again!
