Damjana was very nice and accommodating and she waited for me after the check-in time when my bus was running late. The place itself is right in the center of town—such a nice location, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and supplied with soap, shampoo, and body wash. The breakfast was next door and was good as well—coffee, some kind of juice (which was amazing), croissant, bread with butter and jam, and then you could order one thing (various types of eggs, avocado toast, granola with fresh fruit and yogurt, or Slovenian pancakes). I’d stay here again.

Garni Hotel Miklič is a 3-star hotel located amidst the mountains in the town of Kranjska Gora, at the foothills of Vitranc and right next to a ski slope. Built in 1993, the a family-run property provides free WiFi is throughout. View from room was spectacular and breakfast was delicious. Just a short walk from town centre. But the best thing about this place are the owners. The elderly gentleman who greeted us when we arrived late in the evening made us feel so welcome. We met his son the next morning and he was also very warm and helpful. When we left, we felt as though we were leaving friends!
