Super friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing! We’ve stayed three times and it’s been great every time. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great place in the historic part of Bhaktapur.

Nirvana Kuti oferece quartos em Kathmandu. Templo de Pashupatinath fica a 6 km de distância e Estupa de Boudhanath fica a 7,6 km. I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

Cool person in charge always in answering my query without miss. 24 hours hot shower, clean bed, and necessary amenities are just around the corner. New paint and decorations making the space more warm and uplifting. Still the best in its class in Swayambu.

Pelo preço vale muito a pena. São instalações bem simples, mas tudo limpo, tem água filtrada disponível em filtros espalhados pelo hotel. O almoço vegetariano por 300 rupiaas é muito bom. Eles tem máquina de café expresso também, tomei café late e capuccino deliciosos. Só a localização que é mais afastada, mas fica do lado do monastério kopan. Se estiver buscando por um local mais afastado da cidade esse local é ótimo.

It’s only 6m walk to the Stupa. Near the entrance there is a new clinic in case u need to do some checks. Many local restaurants are nearby. The price is modest and funds the nunnery 🙏🙏🙏

The owner and the staff were incredibly helpful and very welcoming. They were always ready to answer questions and give directions and even recommended a good restaurant and timing for momo. The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.
