After almost one month travelling we found this amazing homestay where we felt like home and had some of our best days in this incredible country. It's been truly a gift to find this beautiful family, the accommodation is just perfect with stunning views of the valley and the monastery, the room is super cute and very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Namobuddha and surroundings are very interesting and peaceful, we came for 2 days and stayed 5! This kind of place remains forever in the heart and its memory will draw a smile on your face when you'll think of them. Thank you to all the family! We'll come back!

Bobby is an excellent, caring and friendly host,he picked me up from the bus stop, waiting patiently as traffic held us up. A ride on the back of his motorbike to the hotel was great fun! Room spacious, double and single beds, wardrobe, chair and table, several power points, clothes stand. Directly outside the room is a wash basin, shower room and toilet next door, plus kitchen with kettle. Each guest is on a seperate floor, so very private. Sat up on the roof terrace in the sun one morning too. Central position, 2 minutes from Durbar Square, plenty of local shops including a supermarket next door to the hotel.

All units have private entrance. Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the guest house.

Sightseeing tours are available within a reachable distance of the property. A car rental service is available at the guest house. Everything was amazing the guy I’m charge is sooo helpful with everything. View from the roof was incredible. Bed was comfy. All round great stay

The most wonderful place to stay!!!🥰 The hosts are amazingly kind and helpful, warm-hearted people! During my almost 3 months long stay in Nepal i returned several times to their guest house; from the first night i spent there, i felt like home! Absolutely loved the location, overlooking the city, an oasis of peace.. Very good energies.. Everything is clean and tidy, the food is very good, prices are highly affordable. They have rooms of different categories, so everyone can choose according to their buget.. Although the distance from the city center made me a bit uncertain before i arrived, being there i was shortly convinced, that all the other advantages far outweighed this shortcoming.. The distance was not a problem for me at all, Boudha Stupa is 40 minutes walking distance, we walked even to Thamel and Patan from there. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!🙏 I hope to return, soon!

The staff are welcoming and kind. Their restaurant serves exquisite food. We dined at “home” each evening. We loved observing the colourful life in Dattatreya Square from our window perch. The breakfast is glorious. We savoured every moment of our time in this delightful gem.

I really loved this place and highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely nice and caring. They wanted you to feel like at home. The shower water was hot. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Although in a busy area, it was quiet and we could sleep.

The property is set 3.1 km from Swayambhunath Temple, 5.1 km from Pashupatinath and 6.5 km from Patan Durbar Square. The guest house features family rooms. The owner and the staff were incredibly helpful and very welcoming. They were always ready to answer questions and give directions and even recommended a good restaurant and timing for momo. The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.
