We walked to and from the ferry terminal, and walked everywhere from the accommodation. The owners are very friendly and kind. It’s so quiet, even during the day, which made it very relaxing. We slept so well!

A walk from the town center, but fortunately there is a very good restaurant nearby the Amigos Hotelito. It is expensive for Mexican standards since - with its heavenly lagoon - Bacalar has become a highlight in Yucatan. The price is right for the location.
