The riad is perfectly located—right in the medina, yet tucked away on a quiet and beautiful street just off the main road. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Walid, kindly offered us a choice between two rooms. The rooms were spotless, clearly newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Amal at the reception was incredibly helpful in finding us the best way to travel from Chefchaouen to Rabat (note: when we were there, only one bus per day ran at 7 AM, but an alternative is taking a grand taxi to Tangier and then the TGV, which took us just 3.5 hours). We would have happily stayed longer—this is a truly comfortable, laid-back place, perfect for enjoying a coffee on the terrace with stunning views of the city. The guest house has family rooms. Zaed was excellent in promptly delivering anything I needed and I had a lot of requests during my stay! He was so nice and helpful to work with! The breakfast was good and I like that it was served on the rooftop. I had the Superior King room, which was incredibly beautiful with a great view from stained-glass windows!

The place is calm, quiet and close the some trekking. It is a little far away to go by foot to the city, but the path is amazing. They offer delicious traditional morrocos food at dinner.

The room was clean, spacious, well-appointed, equipped and offering all the comforts I needed. The bed also was lined with electric blanket to make sure my comfort during the cold night. The riad’s location was perfect, many local restaurants nearby and not far from the main road for transportations, making it easy to explore nearby sights. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. The staff, alongside the owner, made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating place to stay.
