We stayed at Sand & Surf for the first and last day of our Sri Lanka trip and were very comfortable there. Owner is very friendly and lives just around the corner if you ever need any assistance. He also let us park our tuktuk safely in the property. Room has everything you need, clean, AC, good bathroom. Would 10/10 stay there again next time in Negombo.

Khan Clock Tower is 38 km from the guest house, while Bambalapitiya Railway Station is 43 km away. Bandaranaike International Airport is 8 km from the property. I booked this room to decompress for one night after being in Mirissa for 4 nights and before my 30 hour flight home. It was so nicely decorated, the bathroom was modern and all of appliances looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable and big. The place was central and about a 25 mins tuktuk ride to the airport. I had a great stay and I wish I stayed longer. Absolutely recommend!

The nicest host and room we had in sri lanka, they are really amazing. Room is big very clean with great air-conditioning, amazing shower and toiletries. We were really happy there and would not have minded to stay an extra day. In Negombo is great for shopping and restaurants and very easy to reach the airport! Free drop off in the morning was perfect!
