Situated near Kandy Museum and Sri Dalada Maligawa, Terrace Kandy is in Kandy and features free private parking and a restaurant. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The property is 2.6 km from Bogambara Stadium, and within less than 1 km of the city centre. Couldn’t recommend more. It had everything, comfy bed, good AC and fan, free great brekky, nice view, laundry, TV and awesome staff. Really good value for money also. A nice place to recover a few days.

The hotel is set in the jungle, with charming independent houses that are very comfortable. Everything was spotless—pristine clean bedspreads, soft white towels, hot water, air conditioning, and satellite TV made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure a great experience. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, with a choice of continental, Sri Lankan, or English breakfast, as well as excellent lunch and dinner options. What makes this place even more special is that they only opened in December last year, and the owner is committed to giving young people opportunities for good jobs and a better future. I truly admire this initiative and wish them all the success. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in nature!

Located 1.3 km from Kada Panaha Tank, Corner Cottage - Anuradhapura offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a garden. The owner is incredibly friendly and warm. Such a wonderful stay.

Situated in Kandy with Kandy railway station nearby, Smile Hub Kandy -Youth Hostel- features accommodation with free private parking. The property has mountain and city views, and is 2.6 km from Bogambara Stadium. Kandy City Center Shopping Mall is 2.8 km from the guest house and Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens is 3.7 km away. Everything! First of all the people working in this hostel are very sweet helpful and answered all of my numerous questions about travelling around Kandy. The hostel is extremely clean, there are 2 big common areas, a laundry place (for free by the way), 2 kitchens, books and a notebook with many tips for Sri lanka written by travellers (restaurants, homestays, what to visit etc) which I find so useful and so cool! Rooms are big and bright, there is hot shower and AC, a desk with a drawer that you can lock. People are very respectful and quiet here. It is a good 35 min walk to the clock tower but you can take the bus if you prefer. I highly recommend this place, it is easy to meet people and you get so many travelling tips!
