Hot tub on the large balcony, amazing staff, great food, amazing pool, what is there not to like about this place? I stayed just one night with my two young children, the suite was spectacular, and the art and detail were just awesome. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels in my time I can tell you that this is world-class.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. it truly felt like home, thanks to their warm and genuine hospitality. I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

Featuring a garden, the property is located within 11 km of Khan Clock Tower. Sinhalese Sports Club is 6.9 km from the guest house and National Art Gallery is 7.4 km away. It was beautiful and clean. Spacious. Nice decor. Everything was thought of right down to an umbrella at the door.

St Anthony's Church is 43 km from the guest house, while Sinhalese Sports Club is 5.9 km away. The host was friendly, and the facilities were great especially the shower. The bed was a bit short though, I am 1,88m. Also there was a short narrow path you had to walk to get to the room and my 66L bag could only just fit in scratching the walls.
