Communication and support was amazing since the booking til we left Nuwara Eliya. We went for a drive around the town due to poor weather and the driver was a super friendly companion and a good guide, including help on the train station which welcomed us with a closed ticket office and cancelled train.

I spent a night there before sunrise hike and for the hike there was packages food waiting for me outside at 3am, then after coming they served me HUGE delicious breakfast. Room is very spacious and clean, water during shower is boiling hot. 2min walking to the entrance of the trail. Would stay here again for sure!
