Also, if you’re willing to visit Tottori’s sand dunes, there is great transport from there. True gem and nothing but positive experience of japanese kindness and hospitalisty. Couldn’t recommend it more!

It beats all the fancier meals we have paid for. We love how the host sets up the meals at windows with different amazing natural views every time. The food itself is beyond expectations. I did not even like vegetarian food before, but I love their food. The Kaiseki style has many varieties of courses, and everything is delicious. We especially like the tempura of local greens found in this mountain.
