Really great place to stay at, Taiga is probably the most friendly and accommodating host I've met. Living here feels like living comfortably in the middle of the jungle. Great atmosphere and hangout with other guest from all over Europe and Asia. Thanks for the stay!👌 Also took a scuba course which was awesome, and much value for the money.

Beautiful and spacious room in a very quiet area with wonderful beaches nearby. The host is extremely helpful. We got both pick-up and drop-off to the airport in Naha for an affordable price and also to a good bike rental, which we used to visit the nearby island of Kouri. They also have a very tasty breakfast and dinner available which can be accompanied by drinks at their bar.

The highlight was definitely the super friendly owners who were happy to help with anything. It was by far the best accommodation we’ve had during our stay in Japan. This place is super clean and everything is properly labeled for foreigners. Host is super helpful and kind! Location is about 20 mins from the city/downtown area so if you are looking for a place to stay with calm vibe, this place is a must :) I also recommend renting a car although there are buses/taxis available.

At the guest house, the units come with bed linen and towels. From arrival, Kishaba-san went out of his way to invite me to the local Kyuubon celebrations over the next few nights, and while there he introduced me to his family and a couple others. When I left to Naha and stayed at another hostel, I felt surprised by how much more comfortable and welcome I felt staying at Kishaba. Amenities are suitable, location is great, facilities are wonderful. The bed is comfortable, spacious, and private. Above all though, staying here made my trip to Ishigaki that much more memorable.

For guests with children, the guest house offers an indoor play area. A private beach area is available on-site and snorkelling can be enjoyed within close proximity of Sesoko Blue. Everything! I had the luck to be there to celebrate my birthday during one of the evening get-together parties in the living room. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the proper heating/AC needed for the changing weather at the island, the futons were comfy, and the blankets really cozy. The bathroom and shower were super clean and functional, with a clean towel for every night at the stay and elegantly decorated. The common area, living room with kitchen, is fully equipped, with comfortable decoration, and the most beautiful view to the sea. The location is great as well, as there is a beach close by and a delicious café near the hotel. I can only recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really friendly, easy going and will help in case of any questions.

Offering a garden and city view, Happy Island Miyako is situated in Miyako Island, 1.8 km from Painagama Beach and 3.4 km from Turiba Seaside Park. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. My stay at Max's (and Happy's 🐈) place has been awesome. He showed me some hidden places of the island with his mini van and I hanged out also with his friends. In this place you can meet other travelers too!

This guest house and its hosts, Andy and Haruko, are exceptional! Guys, you are so great! The house is incredibly comfortable, the natural materials in the house - wooden floors, beautiful wooden staircase, reed-mats (tatami-floors), cute little plants everywhere, linen-cotton mix sheets, and the whole set up of the main room/kitchen and rooms and bathrooms - all done with so much attention and love and care that you feel as a guest there very comfortable and welcome. The mattresses were comfortable - we slept good on them. The kitchen was greatly equipped with everything you need. The hosts kept a freshly cold brewed jasmine tea in the fridge - it was so good! We used the washing machine and the dryer or dried our laundry outside. I loved the hanging hammock chair on the terrace, was really fun. Also, we found that the other guests themselves were very cool and interesting. We made friends with many guests during our stay. There is a great farmers market a few walking minutes away as well as two Family Marts just around the corner and other shops and restaurants. The Ferry Terminal (from where we took the bus to the airport) is only 10-15 min walk. We felt safe and well taken care of in this guest house. To summarize, we had a really great time there.
