Location, staff, kitchen/common area and the private onsen. Parking lot was plenty. The hostess let us check-in early even though we arrived relatively early. The rooms were traditional style with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The place is really special! The host is super nice and helpful. While staying at Mr. Hiro’s place you can feel the real Japan. The whole place was very clean and there was a cozy onsen inside. The owner was super friendly. The place was super clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Overall was a very nice place. Even some snacks are offer for free which was a nice touch :)
