You can have a spacy room and great breakfast just made for you. They don't speak that much english but everything can be solved because of their great friendliness :) There are a few restaurant in walking distance but I think it's good to have a car that you can go to beach shops restaurants etc. They have a nice private outdoor spa which you can book for yourself. I definetly recommended this place.

Convenientemente ubicado en el distrito de Iwai Yumoto Onsen en Minamiboso, Friendly Guest House Kawakin cuenta con un jardín y WiFi gratis. This guesthouse earns highest ratings! It starts with the owner, who shared useful information upfront. Upon arrival, Kai instructed us extremely well into the house and the facility. The house itself is in mint shape and offers everything for a perfect stay. It’s a very authentic house that let’s one enjoy rural Japan. We couldn’t use the outside facilities due to the weather but could well imagine how cozy the front yard would be during the summer. We will definitely come back to this beautiful retreat. Thanks again for having us!

Definitely recommended!! The place is cozy and nicely arranged. The host is great, kind and helpful. Loved the vibe. Things were always clean. There’s a kitchen, bike and surfboard rental, an indoor and outdoor lounging area, and a desk perfect for working. There’s a convenience store and couple of restaurants very close, and you can reach the beach and other restaurants and cafes in a short and pleasant bike ride. Earplugs would be convenient, but that’s true for any dorm. Would come again for sure!
