The location is great - quiet and central if you want to explore the historic centre of Milan by foot, and just a few minutes away from the nearest metro stop which connects you to Milan's main train station in no time. There is no onsite reception, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and the communication through WhatsApp went smoothly at all times.
