Establecido en Tuk Tuk, Hub Tata Guesthouse cuenta con un jardín, terraza, restaurante y WiFi gratis en toda la propiedad. This is one of the nicest places (guesthouses) I have ever stayed on my travels. I had 1 of the 2 rooms downstairs right by the water, get up and from your bed you have a view of the lake and the mountains.  Fantastic owner Nia but also a very good and friendly team behind her give you a very welcome feeling right away. I really can't say anything negative about this accommodation. Please note that this is a guesthouse, not a 5* luxury hotel.  The small beautifully maintained garden and all the plants everywhere contribute to a very nice atmosphere.  Please note that the rooms downstairs are more difficult to reach for people who are not very mobile due to the steep stairs (15 steps). There are rooms higher up but of course they lack the charm of staying close to the water.  The restaurant of this guesthouse (with a very nice view) is also worth it. A few special things on the menu but super tasty; definitely try the immune booster. The best restaurants for dinner for me (Hub Tata restaurant closes at 7PM) are on the other side of Tuktuk (15-20 minutes walk) but you can also rent a scooter at Nia.  I would have liked to stay longer but the room was fully booked so book in advance and keep in mind that the Samosir peninsula is so nice that you will probably want to stay longer than planned.

Bryan is a really knowledgeable (ask him about the jungle, he has great stories), positive and cool guy. His friends, family and him will make sure that you have a nice stay in the cozy jungle hub of Bukit Lawang. The food at the Guesthouse is excellent and the vibe is very good and relaxed . The jungle trek is lead by Rosit aka the magician! Just like Bryan, he has real love for the jungle and its animals. He's a great team of guides working together for Thomas Leaf. On top of that, Rosit can show you magic tricks, love his enthusiasm. You can also do a tour in the area to see how Tempeh, Tofu and Brown Sugar are made and you will stop at a some other places with the nice guidance of Ponido (sorry if the name is not totally correct 😅). I can really recommend it!

Situado en Padang, a 13 minutos a pie de Air Manis Beach, The view padang, Amazing view, 8 mins Mentawai fast ferry, cold beer, close to restaurants cuenta con hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento... El personal que lleva el alojamiento muy atentos. Pudimos dejar las maletas durante tres días mientras hacíamos una excursión. Nos facilitaron todo lo necesario en cuanto a transporte y disponibilidad.

De cara frente a la playa en Bukit Lawang, JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us tiene un bar. Lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda es su dueño, Alek! Te explica todo sobre el trekking de la selva cuando llegas, te ayuda con lo que necesites y es muy agradable y atento. Nos organizó el transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. Nos guardó las mochilas cuando nos fuimos a la selva y nos quiso devolver el dinero de la noche que no pasamos allí. Fue todo perfecto.

Ubicado en Bukit Lawang, Gino's Place - Guest House & Jungle Trekking cuenta con un jardín, terraza, restaurante y WiFi gratis en toda la propiedad. Excellent stay in Gino's ! The place is quiet, beautiful, surrounded by nature. Very clean rooms! Amazing welcome from the whole family. 100% recommend!

SeaGate Bungalows cuenta con un jardín, zona de playa privada, una terraza y restaurante en Sabang. Un baño de aguas termales y un servicio de renta de autos están disponibles para sus huéspedes. La habitación era muy limpio, cómodo y simplemente idílico. Además tenía una ducha medio-fuera de lluvia muy agradable. Borja y Yuyun son muy amables y atentos! Además de darnos un montón de tips para cosas que hacer en la isla nos consiguieron un pastel para celebrar el cumpleaños que hizo nuestra estancia una verdadera pasada! Gracias!!

Establecido en Bukit Lawang, Sahnan Guest House tiene un jardín, terraza, restaurante y WiFi gratis en toda la propiedad. El sitio es precioso, habitacion amplia, comoda, con aire acondicionado. Desayuno bueno. Ellos se encargan de todo, desde los transportes hasta la excursion al parque.

Ubicado en Medan, a 9.3 km de Great Mosque, Bua Guest House tiene hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, una terraza y un restaurante. El trato del personal es excepcional. Te hacen sentir muy cómodo. La ubicación es buena, en la ciudad pero en el campo. Lo cierto es que es un remanso de paz dentro de la intensidad de la ciudad. Por un precio razonable te llevan al aeropuerto. Recomendable 100%

Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys tiene un jardín, salón compartido, una terraza y restaurante en Bukit Lawang. Entre sus diversas instalaciones se encuentran un bar y instalaciones para parrilladas. The staff are so kind and friendly, really made the experience great. Sarah was very communicative during the booking process too. Eli the chef is really talented, we wished we could have eaten more there!

De cara frente a la playa en Bukit Lawang, Kupu Kupu Garden Guest House & Cafe tiene un jardín y una terraza. Las habitaciones tienen patio con vistas al río. The Kupu Kupu garden guest house is in a beautiful location with very friendly staff especially Arif who made us feel at home and welcome straight away! we enjoyed our stay so much that we booked in for longer because we didn’t want to leave! the facilities were all perfect and the whole place was very clean, we honestly didn’t want to leave! we would of spent longer there if our stay in Sumatra wasn’t so short. We definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone else and will definitely be back!
