It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the main bus station, making it an easy spot to travel in and out of Makarska. While it’s tucked away in a quiet corner, it’s only a short walk to great restaurants, stores and beaches. The adults-only hotel is beautifully renovated, and very charming. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, masterfully decorated, exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. The host, Dino, clearly took a lot of pride in crafting an oasis with this entire space. He, Yan Yan, and Eddie were welcoming and kind, and as a solo traveler I felt both safe and incredibly comfortable. I have to call out Yan Yan in particular for being especially thoughtful, professional and warm. He really helped set a positive tone at the start of every day with exceptional service at breakfast and throughly the day with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was - his energy was a cherry on top of an already lovely stay. I look forward to recommending Casa Columba to friends and family, and returning again one day!

This recently renovated guest house is located 1 km from Bacvice Beach and 1.4 km from Park Mladeži Stadium. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Walkable to every attraction, market, restaurants. Room have everything we need, and terrace is very good to chill and relax! Host was very responsive and we enjoy her recommendations of restaurants , gelato and they are all soooo good. It was wonderful experience in Split! Thank you!

It is situated 400 metres from Bacvice Beach and features private check-in and check-out. Split Archaeological Museum is 1.9 km from the guest house and People's Square - Pjaca is less than 1 km away. This staff are exceptional. Somehow the dates got mixed up and they let me correct the dates and my bus arrived prior to check in time and they allowed me to check in early. The facilities were clean, I would stay here again

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Very clean and comfortable. The reception was so friendly and helpful. We slept great and will definitely return!

The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 3.2 km from Park Mladeži Stadium. Salona Archeological Park is 5.8 km from the guest house and Split City Museum is 2.7 km away. It was a comfy little 1-Room apartment with private bathroom. The building looked a bit dated but it does not disappoint in term of comfort and cleanliness. We did not come into contact with the staff or the accommodation provider but we were impressed by a list of recommendations that we received upon arrival. The check in and check out process was very convenient. The location was great as we can reach everywhere even by foot (we love walking so 5-6 km of walks each day was not a big problem) but we also took the bus at times and it was also very well connected and convenient.
