The Roberto has a bar with a terrace, where there is a pool table. There is a variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk in Palmanova. the bed was very comfy. Also the balcony big enough. Easy parking, just across the street. Perfect location, in the heart of Palmanova. Sound proofed, it’s close to restaurants, but it’s very well sound proofed.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay..The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing stay. Only a few minutes walk to the main strip. The food was amazing and we ended up eating at the hotel on many occasions. The staff are all lovely and looked after us very well.. We will miss our sangria's and pina coladas by the pool!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, always smiling, and attentive to every request. They helped me with my luggage upon arrival, and even during check-out at 5 AM, someone was present at the reception and kindly offered me something for breakfast to take on the road. Housekeeping was also top-notch — fast, efficient, and spotless. The location is another big plus: right on the main boulevard of Paguera, super convenient and strategic. Honestly, it was a very pleasant stay — thank you to all the team at Neptuno!

Breakfast had a good variety of breakfast breads & muffins, cereal, juices, fresh fruit, sliced meats, yogurt & good coffee. All Hot & Fresh.
