At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. We really enjoyed the setting of our room in the jungle where the rustic outdoor kitchen connect us to the nature . The bedroom and bath look out to the forest. The shower with 3 different heads was great. The place was built 6 years ago by European couple, Cat from France and Phil from Germany. The decoration of the lodge was very relaxing and comfortable. The swimming pool was a great escape for the hot humid weather. We also enjoyed meeting a white nosed coati, a vulture and a group of squirrel monkeys in the backyard. We woke up by all kind of sounds from animal kingdom ..... We appreciate that the hosting couple went out their way to welcome us with good fruits and assisted us.

Rooms have hot water, a fan and a shared or private bathroom. The property can help arrange a variety of tours in the area. From the moment we arrived, Horhay made us feel right at home. The accommadtion itself was beautiful. We loved the open air sitting area and enjoyed our morning coffee on the hammocks. We woke up to monkeys playing in the trees outside our window. This was our favorite accommodation on our 9 day trip. If you're staying in the area I don't believe you can find better value. There are a few extremely friendly dogs on the property which was a major plus for us. We particularly enjoyed playing fetch with Molly.

We got up each day to see the birds and animals around us, would spend the day out in Montezuma or nearby doing activities, hiking, swimming, then end the day in the perfect pool, sometimes serenaded by howler monkeys. All the casitas have a porch with a hammock and views of the tropical gardens of Casa Colores. There is an outdoor pool with comfortable sun loungers. The bungalow was beautifully decorated, fully equipped (incl. aircon, water filter and European power plugs) and comfortable. The setting is in the middle of a tropical garden. The plants and the distances to the other accommodations provide privacy, even on the big terrace (with hammock etc.). We stayed only for a couple of days, but we felt invited to stay much longer. There is also a pool which our kids enjoyed a lot.
