At the guest house, all units are allergy-free. Arelys is the best hostess we had in entire trip in Costa Rica. Very responsive, good recomendations and also gave us some fruit and coffee. And she helped us practice our spanish. Checked in on us if we needed anything every day. Location and the property are both lovely.

The bedroom and bath look out to the forest. The shower with 3 different heads was great. The place was built 6 years ago by European couple, Cat from France and Phil from Germany. The decoration of the lodge was very relaxing and comfortable. The swimming pool was a great escape for the hot humid weather. We also enjoyed meeting a white nosed coati, a vulture and a group of squirrel monkeys in the backyard. We woke up by all kind of sounds from animal kingdom ..... We appreciate that the hosting couple went out their way to welcome us with good fruits and assisted us.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we first arrived but as soon as we walked in the door our faces lit up. It was as very comfortable and simple. There is also an amazing pizza restaurant on the property. Pizzas were delicious. The breakfasts in the morning were a real bonus and the attention to detail was so sweet. It is close to attractions and down town. Highly recommend!

They gave us great recs about where to eat, good view points and a mangrove tour. The room was comfortable (we booked with AC) and everything was exceptionally clean. The bathroom had hot water which is not always a given in Costa Rica. There is a very cool shared kitchen that is well equipped. We saw little monkeys right outside our room and a lot of birds and butterflies. There is a spot to park your car.

For me it was here like a tropical oasis. Such a wonderful place. Nice owners, best breakfast, super clean rooms. Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. I would come here again.
