I was visiting the small hotel during a business trip for a one-night stay. This location is one of the nicest places I ever visited. This is because of the individually furnished house and rooms and the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. As a german, I was surprised about the fluent german-speaking host. Entering the appartment, you do not know where to look at first: the fan, the cupboard, the table never seen before something like this. The standard of the bathroom is extraordinary. I was only there for one night. If you can arrange, stay longer and enjoy the wonderful view on the landscape, take a seat at the terrace or read some books in the lobby. There is no building next to the hotel except for nature. For the tourists coming far away from Canada: You can buy here Maple syrup in bottles modelled on the shape of a violin.

If I could give this more stars, I would! Perfect boutique hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer than our 2 nights. Staff went the extra mile on several things for us. Can't thank them enough. Brilliant place!

An amazing place to finish our wonderful trip around Nova Scotia. Ella was magnificent and spent time making us welcome and well informed with recommendations and advice. The house, grounds and location are spectacular. We enjoyed meeting the other guests too. Thanks again Ella, for making this such a special memory.

Breakfast was served exceptionally fresh every morning and prepared with a lot of care in order to satisfy the guests staying there, plenty of choice and the tables were set up professionally everytime to start the day feeling well looked after! The owner was extremely kind and generous and it made our stay even more comfortable as it had a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere everytime she was around. She went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful and appreciative of her hard efforts aswell as the friendly hard working staff who also help to maintain and make Edelweiss the special and unique inn it is for everybody staying or visiting there! We want to thank you all for everything and we will definitely be staying again in the future aswell recommending friends/family 😊!

Com Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade, Cheticamp Outback Inn fica em Chéticamp. Todos os quartos têm varanda. Cozy, very clean room. Manager was great and recommended the Doryman Pub and Grill in town for dinner. The entertainment was great, Scottish fiddle group. Perfectly set the mood for our location. Location was great for heading into Cape Breton Natl Pk the next day.

Great location and view of the Bay of Fundy along with excellent hospitality by the owner. We have stayed at many B&B’s and if we get a chance to visit Digby and eat scollops again we will make that location our first choice. 🤗

It was such a pleasure getting to know Elizabeth and Kevin a little bit. The service was impeccable; the room immaculate and comfortable. Really enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. It reminded me a bit of my childhood with the blue plates and other touches of home on the wall and hearth. Thank you.
