The views are incredible, everything was clean and comfortable. When booking I didn’t realise there was a private beach area we could use, such a treat to have a place to relax and dip in the beautiful lake from so close to the accomodation. The hostess Eva Knoll and staff are very pleasant and helpful and provide excellent information about all attractions in the magnificent Salzkammergut lakes area. The town of Schörfling itself is much less touristy than many other towns on the lakes making it a calm but convenient base for exploring the area while enjoying seeing life and traditional activities in a local community.
