He was super helpful, very patient with us ( we arrived super late) , he brought us extra towels and pillows, he suggested places to eat too. We definitely recommend this place, great apartment ☺️☺️

This place was a great surprise. The hotel is new and the facilities were perfect. The most friendly and helpful staff - Thank you Esmerelda and Shafrin! The neighborhood is really cool in the center. If we will be again in Tirana we will definitely go there again!
