Beautiful, luxury house - I was blown away by how nice it looked. The lady I met at check-in was very nice and friendly. Parking is in the yard and it feels very safe.

The facility and setup was awesome. Very relaxed and calm environment. The hosts (Madeline and her husband) were fantastic. She made great recommendations for family cafes and restaurants. My kids loved all of them. The guest house is in a quiet and beautiful area. But at the same time it is a very short drive to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc.). Would definitely recommend Avo&Oak if you are staying at George.

We especially appreciated the quality bedding, bath, and thoughtful extras provided. Michelle Schoeman is an absolutely incredible host. Communicative, genuinely kind, and always going above and beyond. She ensured our room was perfectly equipped with an iron, microwave, and daily refreshed amenities like teas, coffees as as well as snacks, fruits, and drinks such as coca-cola and water. A highlight was her getting us champagne, beautifully presented with ice, to celebrate my partner's university success. Michelle's warmth extended to introducing us to her friends and enjoying games at her house, making us feel truly at home. The property's location is fantastic, offering a serene garden, lovely outdoor pool, and convenient access to George's attractions, including the Botanical Gardens.
