This place is affordable, with clean rooms and friendly service. We explored the Son Tra peninsula on scooters, arranged by the staff. Staff suggested a sunset tour to Hoi An, which we’ll never forget.

The place was really clean and the room was awesome. Vincent, our host, made sure that everything was perfect for us and really cared for our comfort. His English was really good, which eased a lot our interactions. We rented a motorbike and he took care of all the checking and paperwork. In the end, he gave us some information about the boats schedules for the Cham Islands, which was our next destination. To sum up, our stay was really enjoyable, we really recommend this place.

Good location, there's a 24/7 supermarket 2mins walk from the hotel. Staff were really helpful and kind. Close to the beach, loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Laundry and bike rentals are just around the corner too.

This vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. This is a really excellent accomodation for your time in Hoi An. It is situated in a quiet street with outstanding restaurant nearby and in the same time you have night market around the corner plus old town in 5 min walk. On the other side, you have a river within 2 minutes walk. The owners are a lovely family that will make you feel like home. Their breakfasts are truly amazing. I highly recommend the place!

This property is run by a wonderful family. They are great hosts and extremely friendly. I really liked the garden. It is an oasis of peace. They provide free bicycles, which make it easy to reach the old town or other attractions. I booked several excursions and tours through them, and the prices are reasonable with high-quality service. I especially enjoyed the cooking class. The breakfast they serve is fantastic.

The owners are amazing. Everything was perfect and we loved our stay here. We had a problem with our bathroom but they fixed it immediately. They wanted to pick us up for free and brought us to the nearest bus station. We recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.
