A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Comfortable rooms and suites with air conditioning are offered at Kata Bai D, which is located 1.8 km from Big Buddha. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout this property.

We liked everything. Sam and his family are great hosts. Location is perfect closed to the beach, also to restaurants and night markets. Sam makes you feel like at home. We initially booked 2 nights and ended up staying 5.

Vito and the girls were all wonderfull! I stayed 14 days, everyone was very kind the whole time I was there and I will miss them. I arrived before check-in but was able to store my bags and was offered a towel so that I could go to the beach until my room was ready. The bed is firmer than I am used to, but I slept very well and had no issues with it. The AC cooled off the room well, but I didn't use it the whole time. The shower has good water pressure, and water comes out hot. The WiFi has very good connection. My photo of the room would have looked better if I took during the day with the shades open, but it's what I had. The location is within walking distance to several beaches. Vito has a good menu for his restaurant downstairs, the Kata Walking Street right outside with food vendors with whatever else you might want to eat, and has grocery/convenience stores if you are on a budget. I strongly recommend staying at San Antonio Beach Guesthouse and looking forward to staying with them again. Side note: the food stalls are all closed on Sundays. I found checking in on Sunday worked well for me with how tired I was from the flights. Either way don't worry about the noise, I didn't have any problems sleeping with the activity outside when I had an early night.

A small but cozy guesthouse run by a lovely thai-french couple, who were assisting us in every way to make our stay memorable. The location is close to the beach and night market, at the same time, you will get the experience of an original thai street with locals living their lives, instead of the touristy crazyness and hustle. The room was comfortable, well sized, nice and relaxing. Definitely recommended!!

Location location location. Right bang in the middle of the night market and restaurants and bars. 10 mins walk to the beach. Laundry next door to the hotel. You couldn’t ask for more convenient location. The lady and her daughter who were running the hotel could not be sweeter or more helpful. Worked nonstop. Aircon was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of hot water and very good pressure. Very quiet after 11pm. No noise at all from the market to disrupt your sleep. Rooms had all mod cons needed during your stay including a safe, fridge, kettle and tv. I would very happily stay there again.

Fabulous Guesthouse, lovely staff, great communication. Immaculately clean premises, the room was lovely, facilities were brilliant and decor is very tasteful and zen like. Location just a stones throw from lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Karon Beach. Highly recommend staying there, a gem of a find.
