United KingdomThe property met my needs perfectly. It was in a friendly neighbourhood with a range of shops nearby. Convenient for bus travel to city centre. Once settled in on first night, having been picked up by the manager's car although it was late, I had a problem with my phone connection to UK. I rang the manager and asked him to leave a message on the UK number to say I'd arrived safely. Altogether, over and beyond.
