At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! The staff were all welcoming and friendly and they spoke many languages between them. They had great tips for things to do. The breakfast buffet was great, with freshly made eggs to order. The left overs then get left out for afternoon tea and coffee and tea are always available. Comfortable room and the hotel is in a great location.

What an absolutely beautiful property this was. Each room was made to feel individual and unique. It was thought out and curated and I loved everything about this hotel. The room I had was small but had been advertised as such(it was perfect for my needs however) and I had been properly informed from the beginning. Communication was clear and abundant. Staff were hugely accommodating and friendly, the breakfast food and area exquisite and I would recommend this boutique hotel time and time again! I cannot fault it!
