The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a huge help for me, I appreciate it. <3 The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)

The location was around 20 minutes walk from the Bus station and the main shopping street but that wasn't a huge problem. Totally loved the Aqua Park attached to the Hotel, for which the entrance was free. The staff were very friendly and helped us with planning our local sightseeing. The breakfast spread in the morning was great with many vegetarian options.
