The apartment was beautiful. It had everything I needed and the location is great. Only an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. You can get to Mahebourg easily as the busses will stop outside the front gate. The bathroom was really nice and it has a kitchen with all the facilities you need to make a meal. The apartment is very modern. It was nice to spend the time there as there was one day where the weather was bad so luckily it was good that the apartment was such a pleasure to stay in.

The local is great in the edge of blue bay. We stayed twice and the room our last two nights was an incredible suite with a large balcony and sea views.

An amazing place to stay. Wish we could have stayed a week or more. The garden is an oasis and surrounds the terrace and rooms making it so relaxing. The hosts are so attentive and helpful making a difference to the stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and excellent. Food is authentic and delicious. We will be back.

Very nice location, right by the sea. Not a beach but really right by the water. We loved it. We only stayed for 1 night, too short. There was a nice pool but we didn't use it as not enough time. Great breakfast!! Excellent views from the breakfast room and large selection of fresh food. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Our private little terrace looked out right on the water, we loved it! This is perfect as it's close to the airport and you can walk into Mahebourg center.

Chez Henri was a great find! We booked last minute and they kindly were able to get a room made up for us. The photos don't really do it justice; it's a lovely unique home with beautiful features. The room is on the top floor and is light, airy and spacious, with a sofa and a little kitchen area so you don't have to drive somewhere for dinner. It's a nice area and the beach was blessedly quiet. In the morning I was able to walk there in a couple of minutes and have a lovely sunrise swim. Henri and his wife are very welcoming with a nice energy, and made us a perfect breakfast to enjoy on the terrace of their beautiful front garden. Max (lovely big hairy cuddly dog) was a highlight for me too 🥰
