Everything! I initially chose 71 San Antonio from the style of the property and good value. It was lovely. I was very comfortable. The room and property were exceptionally clean. David exceeded my expectations in getting back to me quickly and responding. I felt like a very welcomed guest not a tourist. The location is about a 4 minute walk from Victoria bus station if you go the route with the stairs. Facing Victoria bus station to the right is a small road. Across the road is a set of stairs. You walk up those stairs then turn/via left at the top. Continue on the left (this is the street where 71 is) when there is a choice between the left or straight ahead. These are small one way streets. At the top of the stairs if you turn right this is St Francis Square. The location is excellent!

The fact that the location of the place is in the old part of Victoria it's very peaceful and quiet since no traffic noise is present. The facilities both in the room + bathroom and kitchen are excellent. Very clean and of high standard.

Staying here truly felt like being in a castle! The building has a majestic charm on the outside, and inside, everything is modern, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Our room had two lovely windows (despite some previous comments, we had plenty of natural light, and it was amazing!) The bed was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Although the island occasionally experiences water shortages (which is beyond the accommodation’s control), the hosts were incredibly helpful and always provided water when needed. Full support throughout our stay.

The room was absolutely perfect. I had a great view and the best thing about this place was the fact that it was in the main centre of Gozo. The owner was also very nice and accommodating!

This is the best hotel you can get in Gozo. Rooms are spotless, modern with “Maltese touch” and they are cleaned every day in depth. Lauren is an amazing host. She responds in seconds if you need anything. She greeted us every morning at breakfast and asked if everything is ok. We didn’t have portable chargers, and we asked if they have any at the hotel, and we got them in less than 10mins. You can easily reach center of Xaghra by foot. Maybe because of a location we recommend to rent a car, but you should rent a car in any location on gozo since traffic is the worst and buses are always late. If you are renting a car parking is not a problem, because you can park on the street and there is a lot of space around and near the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and we will recommend this to everyone who is deciding to visit Gozo.

Hotel is in a convenient location - bus stops all round to travel to other areas and beaches super easy. The main square is a walkable distance and super easy to follow. The main hotel room itself is perfect for a holiday. Bathrooms are lovely and rooms have aircon and enough room. Staff were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed- even about car hire.
