I don’t know where to begin. The property is well located in a quiet area right next to the lagoon with so many spots to relax. We spent most of the time in a wonderful garden that is truly magical at night with all the lights. You can find here beautiful small ponds, hammocks, and beanbags, and many places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. But more importantly, this place has the most big-hearted hosts we’ve met in Sri Lanka! Thilanka is definitely the best cook. Seriously. We’ve traveled enough to say that 😅 And the best part is, she can teach you! We love them so much, we had to book it again to stay a few more days before we leave. This place and its hosts stay in our hearts ❤️

We only stayed for two nights but we had a great welcome at this place! They have a very kind staf and nice rooms. We even got a free upgrade to the superior room. The view over the ocean is so beautiful. But since the sea is so rough it's not possible to go for a swim. Luckily they have a pool for a refreshing dive! The service was excellent: Vijey did a superb job and always had a huge smile. He prepared some great dishes with fresh products: delicious grilled chicken and nice nasi goreng with seafood. And at the breakfast we really loved his mangoshake. Altough there is a lot of littering along the coastline you should definitely take a walk at the beach: the waves are so amazing and you'll get a beautiful view of the skyline of Colombo. And if you're lucky, you will be escorted by the two friendly dogs of the hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay here!

Very clean and comfortable. After one month in Sri Lanka I was very happy to find this place. The host is very friendly and generous too. I wished I have had more time left to enjoy the comfort of the place. Although, I stayed there only for one night before my flight the next morning.

Excellent room, good beds, AC, warm shower, and only 10 min away from the airport. The hosts were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Very pleasant stay for my last night in beautiful Sri Lanka.

The place is beautiful and the host is amazing and so helpful. We really had a great stay eventhough it is only for a day. I recommend this place. Wish we could have stayed longer here. The breakfast is also good. Good job!

The nicest host and room we had in sri lanka, they are really amazing. Room is big very clean with great air-conditioning, amazing shower and toiletries. We were really happy there and would not have minded to stay an extra day. In Negombo is great for shopping and restaurants and very easy to reach the airport! Free drop off in the morning was perfect!

The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The hotel looks modern, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and the fan both worked well, and the bathroom was very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you need to spend a night near the airport.

Great location and nice house. Very beautiful garden we liked it very much . 😍 The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Jaya Residence run by a very welcoming family. We were welcome with a fresh fruit juice. The breakfast was also very tasty. Value for money is really great here 👍
