We only booked for one night but the host Kenath was incredibly welcoming. The lush garden, landscaped waterways and the entire property has been meticulously looked after and you can sense the tranquil energy of this beautiful property the moment you arrive. Close to the beach. Breakfast was very good. Most comfortable during my Sri Lanka travel. I recommend this to anyone who would like to consider an accommodation near airport. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops near the hotel, so you can have a chill time spending on the beach and enjoy foods and shopping souvenirs for friends and family.

Convenience to get to from airport. Proximity to necessities and beach. It was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was of use.

Very quiet location, and a short walk to the main street. Cafes and restaurants all walking distance. Staff is very helpful. There is a call bell in the common area if you need them. Very clean and modern. Rooms have Air conditioning and fan. Please note that you do need to walk up a staircase to access the rooms.

Excellent! Sparkling clean, very comfortable mattress, AC that works great, close to beach and airport. The host family is absolutely wonderful! They arranged airport transportation for us (and we were flying out at 3 am with a surfboard!) Highly recommend.
