Everything was great! The location is perfect to relax but with a tuktuk you can reach many places in 5 minutes. The sound of waves in the night is wonderful. People who works here are very friendly and nice.

It is a lovely hotel set amongst greenery. I was given the room as requested. It was nice to have many windows and to listen to birds singing in the morning. The hotel is well organised like apartments with the kitchen and dedicated boxes for guests to store their items on the shelves and in the refrigerators. There’s a big dining area. Otherwise, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Beach Road with lots of eateries.

The room was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute here. The room and the bathroom are spacious and very clean. The AC worked also well and we managed to have a good temperature in the room. The whole area of the hotel is very beautiful and there are always people around to help you. The location is great and you can reach good restaurants, the mainstreet and the beach in less then 5 minutes. It’s totally worth the money!

Fantastic location in the center of Hikkaduwa but in a quite place. Very close to Hikkaduwa beach ,railway and bus stations,shops,restaurants-only few minutes by foot. The guesthouse is exceptional -beautiful garden with flowers and nice open air sitting place at the quite side street -beautifull interior of the house with small patio,sitting area,big table with chairs,aquarium with fish,big refrigerator. -big,very good full kitchen with all utensils you can need to cook. -nice rooms with mosquito net,fan/ventilator -good,big toilet with cold/WARM water !!! /common or private/ -very competitive price ! And the most important-fantastic,nice HOSTS !!! You will feel like a person visiting his family members,not as a regular tourist at a guesthouse.

I felt at home in this place - killer breakfasts after which you need to lie in bed for two hours, the hotel is very cozy, the rooms are very comfortable, a huge swimming pool. I didn't want to leave this place, and even more I wanted to take it with me, since we understood that in other places in Sri Lanka it would be unlikely to be possible to stay in a similar place...

This is the most amazing family I have met in Sri Lanka in three trips❤️ from the first minute you feel like you are visiting close relatives, so much love and care I received from Ishima and her family 🥰 next to the house is a small forest, incredible amount of all kinds of birds, plants, fruit trees 🦚🌿 absolutely quiet place, no noise of road and railroad, but at the same time the road to the beach is comfortable to walk. if you want, they will cook you delicious food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. thank you for such a warm welcome🙏

Excellent clean, fresh, large room with comfy bed and good shower (actually had a shower curtain, which made a nice change!). Large communal area with a two-ring burner, fridge and kitchen equipment, which was really handy for making breakfast. Train was noisy when it passed by, but we got used to it, and they don't seem to run at night. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Host was very friendly and we wish her well in her new venture.
