Everything about Local Guesthouse was rather good! Tom and Alex are exceptional, they organized many tours for us including scooter rental, tubing, hot air balloon, and train tickets! The price of those services was reasonable. The room was basic but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast contains nice fresh fruits, breads and a choice of eggs etc. The location was perfect, walking distance to anywhere in the town!

Anna is the best host that anyone could ever ask for. The rooms were great and the entire staff always smiles and greets you when you pass by. Anna was proactive is suggesting places to see in Vang Vieng and also helped in booking the train to Luang Prabang. Had a great sunset view from the room.
